What You'll Actually Learn
We don't do theory for theory's sake. Each module builds on the previous one, and you'll work with actual numbers from your business. By December 2025, you'll have created a working budget system tailored to your specific situation.
Foundation Phase
Weeks 1-4 cover cash flow fundamentals and expense categorization. You'll map your current spending patterns and identify where money actually goes in your business.
Building Your System
Weeks 5-10 focus on creating budgets that work for your business type. Service businesses need different approaches than product-based ones — we address both.
Real-World Application
Weeks 11-16 are about testing your system with peer review sessions. Other participants will look at your budget structure and you'll review theirs — this catches blind spots.
