This refund policy applies to all marivelonix educational programs and services purchased after January 1, 2025. Previous purchases remain subject to the terms active at the time of enrollment.

Refund Eligibility

Here's the reality about refunds – we've structured our policy to be fair while protecting the value we provide. Not every situation qualifies for a refund, and that's intentional. We invest significant resources into each participant's learning experience.

You're eligible to request a refund within specific timeframes, depending on what you've purchased and how far you've progressed through the material. We track engagement carefully because it helps us understand when someone genuinely isn't getting value versus when they simply changed their mind after consuming most of the content.

7-Day Window

Full refunds available within 7 days of purchase if you've accessed less than 20% of course materials. This gives you time to explore whether the program fits your needs.

14-Day Extended

Technical issues that prevent access? You've got 14 days to report problems and request a refund, regardless of material accessed. We document all technical support interactions.

Non-Eligible Cases

Completed programs, downloaded resources, or accessed certification materials aren't eligible for refunds. Once you've consumed the value, we can't take that back.

Our team reviews requests within 3-5 business days. We check your account activity, purchase date, and any previous support interactions. Sometimes we'll reach out with questions – answer promptly to avoid delays.

You'll receive an email with our decision. If approved, we outline the next steps. If denied, we explain why and discuss potential alternatives like program transfers or extended access periods.

Approved refunds process within 7-10 business days. The actual time for funds to appear in your account depends on your financial institution and payment method. We can't expedite that part.

Different Refund Scenarios

Every situation is a bit different, so we've broken down the common scenarios we encounter. This might save you some time if you're trying to figure out whether your specific case qualifies.

Program Start Delays

If you purchased for a program starting September 2025 or later but need to withdraw before it begins, you're eligible for a full refund up to 14 days before the start date. After that, we've already allocated resources and capacity.

Medical or Emergency Situations

Serious illness, family emergencies, or unexpected business crises? We handle these case-by-case. You'll need documentation, but we're not heartless. We'd rather work with you on a pause or transfer than force you through a program during a difficult time.

Course Content Misrepresentation

If the program doesn't match what we described in marketing materials, that's on us. Document the specific discrepancies and we'll investigate. Genuine mismatches qualify for full refunds, even beyond the standard window.

Bundle or Package Purchases

Bought a bundle but only want to return part of it? We calculate refunds based on what you've accessed versus the bundle discount you received. It's not as simple as returning one item from the package at its standalone price.

Payment Methods & Processing Times

How you paid affects how quickly you get your money back. We don't control the banking system, but we can give you realistic expectations based on hundreds of previous refunds we've processed.

Important Limitations

Promotional pricing and early-bird discounts affect refund amounts. If you purchased at 40% off, your refund reflects that discounted price, not the current full price. Additionally, any certificates earned or resources downloaded may result in deductions from your refund amount. We track all account activity to ensure fair application of these terms.
